Returns and Exchanges can be issued by We A Family, if the product is returned to us in its original condition within 15 days of receipt of your order. Returned items must also include the original box and dust bag, and must be completely unworn.

All shoes should be tried on a carpeted, clean surface, as shoe soles with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.

Original shipping costs, custom duties and sale taxes are non-refundable.

We are unable to provide shipping labels or reimbursement for returns.

If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or custom duties due payable, We A Family will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by We A Family. Please note that if the customer refused to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.

We A Family reserves the right to refuse any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.

All our products are handmade meaning that they may have minor imperfections. Depending on the tanning process, small scratches and wrinkles may appear in the leather. This is a characteristic feature of this natural product.

Final Sale items are not returnable.

Bespoke or custom-made items are not returnable.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from Spain. Delivery of orders is via courier. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or product availability.

Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days. Kindly note that dispatch times may increase during high demand periods.

Delivery times are 3-5 working days from dispatch of order

- Uncollected packages

Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by We A Family.

-Taxes & Duties

Your order will ship from Spain. All international shipments are not inclusive of duties and taxes, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.  

If you are based in the EU there will be no duty to pay. Shipping to outside of the EU you will be responsible for all import duties, tax and administration charges that maybe applied by your local customs. These charges vary dependent on the country and if you are unsure we would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.

We are unable to calculate the exact amount of duties and taxes your order will incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the country to which the order is shipped.

-Currencies

We A Family can not be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the Pound sterling into any other currency.

DELIVERY FAILURE

If after two attempts delivery of your parcel becomes impossible, we will try to find a safe place to leave it, and will also leave a note to let you know where your parcel is and how to pick it up. If you are not going to be in the place of delivery at the convened time, please contact us to agree on another delivery date.

If 15 days after your parcel is available for delivery the parcel has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you want to cancel the agreement and it will therefore be terminated. Following said termination we will refund you the price paid for such products as soon as possible and in any event within a maximum of 30 days from the date in which we deem the agreement to be terminated. In such case, we will be authorized to charge you the transportation costs arising from the shipping and termination costs.
